Multi-layer · Solid colorNeat System
Our standard 3-layer system: primer, epoxy flood coat and a pigmented polyaspartic topcoat in one solid color, no chips.

Shops, schools, warehouses near the port and home garages from Brownsville to Port Isabel and South Padre.
Brownsville is closer to the coast, so slabs see more moisture and salt air than up the Valley. We test for moisture before we quote and use a moisture-tolerant primer when the readings call for it. Skipping that is why so many coatings blister here.
We coated the UTRGV body shop in Brownsville: a solid-color system that handles paint, solvents and rolling equipment and still looks good for students and visitors.
Multi-layer · Solid colorOur standard 3-layer system: primer, epoxy flood coat and a pigmented polyaspartic topcoat in one solid color, no chips.
A cementitious-urethane hybrid installed at a thicker build than epoxy. Made for thermal shock, hot washdowns and constant moisture.
Decorative chip · PolyasparticA high-solids, low-odor system broadcast with color flakes and sealed with a tough polyaspartic topcoat.
Slip resistant · Multi-layerTwo full broadcasts of colored quartz locked between epoxy layers and sealed with UV-stable clear topcoats.
A two-car garage with a flake floor usually lands between $2,250–$4,050. Metallic floors and industrial systems cost more; polished concrete often costs less.

Moisture coming up through the slab and poor prep. We grind every floor and test moisture first, then use the right primer.
We cover the whole Valley, including Brownsville, Los Fresnos, Port Isabel and South Padre Island.
We'll come out, look at the slab and give you a straight answer and a price. The estimate is free.
